The Valley Park, MO location is the worst McDonald's in the whole metropolitan area.........And almost every single time that I go ,something is wrong with my order. I have pictures to prove it. The other day, my friend and I went to the Des Peres , MO McDonald's. They aren't normally as bad. But they never fill up your fry container. They're all very friendly and polite , and the employees are very helpful and treat everybody like family so yes I will recommend them to all of my friends and family
The biggest issue I had was the service I received when I came to pick up my order. Carlos was working the front counter when I came to pick up my order. Among other items, my order included a large drink. Historically, every time Ive order a drink, they present me with an empty drink cup next to my bag for me to fill up.
