The saint ann store is horrible instead of waiting in my wife the thing at the counter opened up a different register and took the people behind her so if I his is how you do business I’ll drive 30 minutes too long John silvers this is the saint Ann Missouri location
Today was the 3rd time in the last 4 months I have visited the Captian D's at Grand and Chouteau and left without even ordering. The same scenario plays out each time. 1-2 cars in front of me when I pull up to the speaker and hear "Welcome to Captain D's one moment please." I waited patiently for 6 minutes before asking if anyone was there. Receiving no reply, I reversed away and the pulled back up to the window. I was again greeted with ".... one moment please".
