The staff members are not welcoming at all! They always have bad attitudes & the restaurant is never really clean. The food is hardly ever fresh & they always have new employees so orders are always being made wrong when ordering online & when ordering in the restaurant they charge you for extra things that you don’t order because the person at the register rings you up for the wrong thing. Do better!!
Chipotle should just stop delivering in general. It's just another way for people to be lazy. I ordered delivery against my better judgement and my salad came without a vinaigrette when I specifically requested one. I was given the smallest portion of chicken. I've ever seen. Only about 4 small pieces throughout the whole bowl. Very disappointed and annoyed. And this is always my issue with Chipotle. I visited this location today to grab lunch. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and quick but I was appalled at how dirty the entire place was. The glass where you place your order was covered in a film with crumbs and food stuck to it. It looked like a biohazard.
