Carmine's Steak House offers a wonderful dining experience with exceptional steaks, including the T-Bone steak and filet mignon, described as perfectly cooked and flavorful. Customers also praise the crab cakes, creamy mushroom risotto, and the twice-baked potatoes, which are a meal in themselves and absolutely delicious. The house salad and dressing are of good quality, and the salmon and shrimp is an off-menu item that is good. The ribeye was perfect. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and work together to give a complete experience, with attentive and excellent service. Water glasses are constantly refilled, and empty plates are promptly removed. The staff's knowledge of the menu and ability to accommodate special requests is highlighted. Valet parking is pretty cheap. While the food and service are great, some customers note that the restrooms could be cleaner and the atmosphere could use an update, as the design appears humble.
