We were just passing thru St Louis. We had hoped to do a riverboat cruise but had missed the last one so went to Starbucks instead. This Starbucks is located within the lobby of the Hyatt Regency hotel (the restrooms are actually in the.lobby of the hotel). There is a good amount of seating inside and of course it’s the usual Starbucks fare. The service was ok.
Don't allow orders from their own app. Why have the app if you won't accept it? I was traveling with a dog and app ordering really makes things easier. Out of lot things on the menu...

They got my order wrong, twice (ordered matcha latte)… didn’t bother to go back a second time, just left the drink there. I have been in Starbucks’ around the world and I haven’t received a service like this anywhere else… Disappointing and frustrating.
