There is a huge volleyball tournament going on and the hotel is packed. Starbucks obviously busy. Twice I came here today and recieved zero interaction/Customer service/friendly vibe from the cashiers. Man it’s frustrating. We’re over paying for drinks we’re looking for at least an acknowledge that we are here.
It’s Starbucks, so of course we’ll be back but those two do not need to be behind the register.
Ordered a mocha extra hot with an extra shot. Got a room temperature mocha with too much chocolate syrup to even taste whether there was an extra shot. Even if you’re staying at the Hyatt, I’d go elsewhere for coffee.
The best thing about this location is that they still brew coffee by the pot, not the single cup machine brewed. Good coffee, Mike was very nice offering more coffee.
