“I have been loyal to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years now. I am a signature member and I do plan on visiting the headquarters when I visit Atlanta in the next few months. Chick-fil-A is actually my favorite restaurant hands-down. I happen to live closest to this location, so I tend to go here the most but every time I go to another location, the experience subpar compared to this one. All the employees here are so nice and so friendly. You can tell that the work environment for the employees is a good culture just by the way they interact with one another. Also, their Facebook page is the best! Maybe I’m a little bit too crazy as a Chick-fil-A fanatic But interacting with the page is so much fun. I even won a contest before that allowed my coworkers and I to enjoy breakfast on them. That is when I was able to meet the social media manager and she was obviously very passionate about her job. I love all Chick-fil-A‘s However, my experience at this location is always top-notch.“

She didn’t rush, didn’t treat it like small talk, and truly listened. When I responded, it didn’t feel intrusive—just human. “I'm only given four stars because I don't want to mess up the status (this is a one-star review on the drink.) Tonight as I was drinking my lemonade, there was a piece of plastic in my drink I'm not even sure if I swallowed some prior to the piece I found. This is so scary. Drinking this lemonade could've took me out. This should not have happened. I might need to monitor myself to to be sure that I am not walking around with plastic stuck in my throat. WOW! This is what I get for becoming a Red Member? I'm literally praying that I'm okay. I don't want to wait untill I can't breathe to seek medical attention. I will have to seek help immediately just to be safe rather than being sorry.“
“As a family, today we were surprising the staff at Mary Queen nursing facility where my grandmother is with lunch. We really appreciate them for caring for her. The manager at the restaurant was nice & I just want to say thank you guys, you rock.“
“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.
Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.
