cashier was extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily aggressive. manager interrupted an order to give criticism to a new employee. when asking for assistance, worker gave poor body language and replied with sarcasm. definitely an embarrassment of the company.

The Chipotle Chicken al Pastor commercials on tv made me want to try it. We were SOOO disappointed with the food from the Chipotle on Hampton Ave. The video on their website so very misleading. They glanced over a picture of grilled pineapple in the video, but there was no pineapple in the dish. Upon reading the contents label, it said, "splash of pineapple". In other words, they must add some pineapple juice and no pineapple chunks. Not gonna bother with this place again. Oh...the chips were stale, and the window employee was surly.

Every single time I order pickup here something its either missing or just completely wrong. It's EVERY SINGLE TIME! And when I do order inside the food does not taste right. The guacamole doesn't have lime or salt half the time. And this is the closest one to me but I will just have to drive further or go to Qdoba when they actually get my order correct

Haven’t ate the food yet but the employees were unenthused and unfriendly. My burrito bowl got smeared thru all the cheese, sour cream, etc that looked like it hadn’t been wiped off the counter in hours. Then my husbands burrito got rolled up and not all the way on the tinfoil right in all that mess. I wish we would have listened to the reviews. Hopefully it’s not a waste of money.

Most recent experience: were told they were out of steak, tortillas, and salad. My wife said she could see the tub full of lettuce. This was about 7:30 pm and there were plenty of staff there. This location's staff make you feel like you are bothering them for ordering food, assuming they have it in stock. I live nearby and keep trying assuming the bad service or lack of food are flukes, but 5/6 visits have resulted in either bad/rude service or they're (allegedly) out of basics. Just go to the nearby Qdoba, it's not fantastic but at least the experience is consistent and you walk away with what you want to order.

Although this chipotle is closer and more convenient, we have begun frequenting alternate locations due to service and constantly “being out” of food. We just never know what we are going to get.This location is always “out of” and today even outright said that they do have chips but were refusing to make more for the rest of the night (before 7 pm).They were also out of veggies and steak.While I do understand the occasional outage of food or slow service due to understaffing, our experience at this location is not an isolated incident.

2 stars for food: ingredient amount/quality seemingly fine, burrito fold (terrible)4 stars for service: servers were very kind and we’re doing their best, minus one star for the manager in the background yelling at the servers to hurry up (likely the reason the burrito fold was terrible)5 stars for atmosphere: great musicYou should not be yelling at your subordinates as a manager. That is no way to gain respect/trust. Additionally, you are causing them anxiety as they work - leading to food quality issues (see burrito pic)
