Haven’t ate the food yet but the employees were unenthused and unfriendly. My burrito bowl got smeared thru all the cheese, sour cream, etc that looked like it hadn’t been wiped off the counter in hours. Then my husbands burrito got rolled up and not all the way on the tinfoil right in all that mess. I wish we would have listened to the reviews. Hopefully it’s not a waste of money.
Most recent experience: were told they were out of steak, tortillas, and salad. My wife said she could see the tub full of lettuce. This was about 7:30 pm and there were plenty of staff there. This location's staff make you feel like you are bothering them for ordering food, assuming they have it in stock. I live nearby and keep trying assuming the bad service or lack of food are flukes, but 5/6 visits have resulted in either bad/rude service or they're (allegedly) out of basics....read full review
