The brand may be known for their delicious, hot subs, but this location’s crew is cold. The staff was so unwelcoming, I didn’t even know if they noticed me walking in - until they cussed out the customer after me. I also didn’t see any hairnets or gloves, which was alarming too!

I ordered this one through food service! I haven’t had Firehouse in a good while I decided to order the new zesty garlic sub with the hot spicy sauce was good! And the steak and cheese sub both subs was delicious and I appreciate The Firehouse crew of carefully protecting food items when delivery service are involved. No complaints.
