Every experience we've had at Fleur STL has been stellar. The food is top-notch. The drinks beautiful and yummy. The smaller dining area creates a naturally friendly atmosphere. People talk to each other. Locals and tourists alike. Chef Tim makes sure every plate comes out perfect. And they truly are perfect. And Cory is always friendly, affable, and efficient. He never stresses. Just keeps moving from one person to another. Truly unique and always amazing.
Watching the Chefs actually care about their food they are putting out. The owner Tim is an amazing individual. His other Chef (I forget her name) is amazing as well. Corey is funny as heck with so much character will definitely have good conversations with almost anyone that comes in. I recommend shutting your eyes and just point on the menu, won't be disappointed in anything you get.
