I've been coming there for years.My name is Marvin and I enjoy the food there . I live in Poplar Bluff missouri and every i have a V.A. Appointment I go to the Golden House Chop Suey and I buy food for the whole family aninference because the food is fantastic. And the people there are great

The staff were genuinely thoughtful, offering small recommendations that made the meal even better.

Always missing items with the order. Almost every time. It's very difficult to communicate with them also, through that little box they have in there.

Rude customer service. Yelling at you when they take your order. Decided not to even get anything. I’m never that hungry to pay for bad service.

The service was fast but the rice was very very greasy i had ordered chicken fried rice with green peppers. It was no cars there only me . The grease was so heavy its almost like they just cooked it in nothing bur grease. They also charged me 50 cents for using my card.

Not great. Admittedly, I didn't order their fried rice, so there's that. I ordered some egg foo young & crab rangoons to go and was initially pleased with the price. They're no frills and I appreciate that.

But dang, this was not good. The crab rangoons were super bitter and I didn't see a single red fleck of artificial crab in any of them. The egg foo young was straight up nasty. They gave me three patties, and only one of them was edible. The other two were clearly super old and dried out. Have you ever tasted artificial crab meat that's so dried out it's as tough as jerky? Ew.

Pass. My food tasted like it was cooked with genuine contempt.

NEVER ever going to Golden House Chop Suey (pretty much only place I go to) Again!!! 😡 THEY ARE LYING about the prices #overchargedme

The math aint mathing - I even said something, tried to show her my calculator and she kept saying “computer right! computer right! you wrong! you know nothing!”. She got ignorant with me and i was being peaceful & just trying to get back for the difference!

Also, there was a summer special: spend $45 and get one free crab Rangoon. When I asked for that, she said you have our crab rangoons in the bag - NOT FREE!!!

Would have left food & asked for a refund but i was hungry and had other people’s food with my order.

Best Fried rice in Saint Louis also getting quality food is worth for money.
Highly recommended for best food also getting best prices and free Sodas, Egg rolls, Crabragoons for every 20$

The service is wonderful, I always call in so the order is ready when I drive up. The special fried rice with gravy is my go to favorite.

Golden House on Natural Bridge and very good service

For was fantastic! And they gave plenty of i! I have referred people to get their food from there and they have! They loved it as well!
