Absolutely loved this place! Read the reviews and decided to go there for breakfast. They had large portions. Great food, service, and atmosphere. The employees were welcoming and accommodating. The greeter at the front door was an entertainer and poet. This is definitely a place you want to visit if you are looking for great food and to see a piece of history. It's an unexpected gem.
200th review of their business! From start to finish, Good y Goody Diner was a fun experience. That's definitely what I was expecting when coming in here. I was expecting to come in, eat, leave and be done. No hoopla. I realize the yelp reviews state how great the food is, but that is not what made the experience for me. It was the people. Goody Goody Diner is St. Louis’s BEST DINER! I personally love the chicken and waffles, with an ICY mug of milk!The owner is a wonderful man that greets you and the staff is very nice and ON POINT with great service. I pray they open again, soon!
