Incredible experience. First time here, so I ordered the French dip and Mac/cheese. The Mac and cheese was one of the best I have had in St Louis, and the French dip was excellent, the au jus was real, not just made from beef bouillon. I ate sitting under a photo of the Checkerdome, one of the places I missed when I moved back.
Food was very good. I'm usually on team give-me-a-plate, but the taco holder worked great for the pulled pork sandwich with slaw. It didn't fall open when I set it down, despite being heavily loaded. The mustard potato salad is aggressively mustardy, fair warning if you are only mildly a fan of mustard.

Had their version of the French Dip, with a real tasty au jui sauce. Also had the side dish of Mustard Potato salad. They let me have a sample of their Pit Beans. ( their version of baked beans). The whole meal was really good and the service was fine. Some of the dining table(s) are very small and the overall menu list doesn't have a great variety and although the meals might seem pricey The atmosphere, the food quality, and the service seem to...
