My wife and I had been to St Louis four times before, but we never tried the cities staple foods before. That's always a mistake. So we decided to make the most of this trip and eat the top five foods in St Louis and Imo's was 1st on our list. Did not disappoint. We had the thin crust pizza with chicken, onions and the toasted ravioli. Excellent all around. We went right when they opened. Highly recommend.
The best pizza!!
First, you can still order from here, but we had to do it in the market street bistro in the Hilton. That being said, don't bother. It isn't St Louis style and nothing like the Imo's that used to be there. Service and atmosphere was fine (however, they did seem understaffed), but pizza was boring and you can get much better pizza elsewhere.
