“I had almost given up on Jack in the box, but when we moved to Grand we decided to give the one nearby a try, and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The girl that took our order through the drive through was friendly and sounded like she was genuinely happy to help, same with the girl at the window. In addition to wonderful service, our food was hot and they remembered the ranch sauce for the tacos. We have gone back a few times since and it's been great every time. The employees here really deserve some recognition because every other jack in the box in the city I have gone to in the past year has disappointed us, they were always out of ranch, closed randomly during the day, the employees sounded extremely unhappy to be there and/or the food was gross. It's really nice to be able to have good experiences at Jack in the box again, could not be happier.“

“Super solid fast food joint. The fries were hot, chicken was fresh, and the homeless People fighting in the parking lot was fantastic entertainment. I appreciate the staff letting the customers enjoy the altercation without calling the police and ruining the fun. 10/10 CANT WAIT TO GO “

“I was in there at 11 am April 15th. There was this girl their she was working her ass off. Shes the hardest worker I ever seen. She was taking drive food orders and orders at the Register,filling order bags. She was literally running back and forth trying to keep up. All while smiling and with a great positive attitude. She was being so polite to this unruly customer was screaming at her telling her she needed to learn how to do her job and didn't deserve to work there. I felt sorry for that girl she did a very good job and I hope she gets recognition“

“Surprisingly pretty good food , not sloppy well done hopefully they stay there prolly one of the nicest looking burgers in person not messy looked just like the pictures , also food went down good felt healthy compared to BK and McDonald's id recommend this place tbh and I think they deserve a raise , never had a order this good I'd give them a 10 out of 10 for the presentation of how the food looked and tasted , first time trying jack n the box and I loved at first sight I was skeptical 🤔 but I gave in and it was worth it“

“I’ve always had good experiences at this jack in the box. They always get my order right, they’re fast even when they’re CRAZY busy. All of the employees are kind. Today really took the cake though. I stopped by after a night of debauchery for a breakfast burrito. I was greeted by a very kind man. He asked me to pull forward because he was there entirely by himself! He was a one man band! I didn’t catch his name, but he absolutely wowed me. My burrito was amazing. And he was pretty fast with making it! It was a relatively busy morning, there were probably 5 other cars there. Didn’t stop this man. He was locked in. I hope you give this man a raise, he certainly deserves it. Like I said I didn’t catch his name but whoever was working your morning shift 9/29, he has my respect FOREVER. Thank you for your hard work and kindness.“
