This Jack in the Box is known for its quick service, although the quality of the food and service can vary. Customers often experience a wait for Doordash and Grubhub orders, and the lobby doors are usually locked, which makes using the drive-thru necessary. The restaurant offers a range of menu items, and the milkshake machine may not always be operational. The employees have received positive feedback for being polite and helpful, even providing directions when asked. The dine-in area closes around 8 pm. Customers have reported good experiences with friendly staff, hot food, and correct orders, including remembering the ranch sauce for the tacos. The restaurant also has its own parking lot, making it convenient for visitors.
