“I called today to ask if they were open because it's New Year's Day. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and polite, and informed me that they were indeed open. I ordered on the app. When I went in to pick up my order, there were a few employees sitting around in the dining room, most likely because it's just not busy on New Year's Day. As I walked in the door, one of the workers jumped up and rushed back to grab my food. She thanked me and wished me a happy New Year with a smile. The food was great. No complaints. I've been to this location several times over the last 15 years or so, but I must say, over the last couple of years the service has been excellent. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the employees there. And if you're reading this, keep up the good work, y'all!“
“So I went to the Drive Through and it took like 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me over the speaker. I had waited so long that I was actually pulling off when I finally heard someone spoke and I literally had to back up to the speaker to order. Other than that hiccup the food was delicious and hot. But service was lacking in the time I had to wait.“
“This is my favorite KFC in St Louis by far there is a staff member by the name of Jen I believe that absolutely always goes above and beyond for me and my regular orders I place. No matter what she is polite, attentive, and genuinely happy to see me everytime I come thru!“
“I was at/in the drive-thru on 9-27-23 restaurant/store number #J625148. I ordered the hot wings combo the server told me it would be a 15 minute wait at 5:21pm. And did I mind the wait. " U stated no i don't mine the wait." The server told me to pull to the drive thru window so I may pay for my order. The cashier nor the server told me how much my order was and ask me to pull forward and someone would bring my order out. As I sat in my vehicle waiting a whole twenty minutes and still hadn't got my meal. I got out my vehicle and lock the doors. I went in the restaurant and waited until someone ask me if they could help me. I told the server that I was waiting on my order. The female server ask me what had i ordered. I stated the hot wings combo. The other employees where walking around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The female server began to look to see where my order was. She asked another server to hand her a hot wings box. I guess at this point she must have been trying to put my order together. She asked me what sauces I needed and handed me my meal after thirty minutes of waiting. Please we need to do better at this KFC.“
“The young girl working yesterday afternoon around 1 is doing a great job. She was taking orders, taking money, having cars move forward, filling orders and running orders out to cars. All with a smile on her face. She was the only employee I saw. She was working her behind off and should get a raise.“
“The food is always fresh, but 3 of the 4 times I went my order was incorrect. A bunch of the workers was outside the building. The inside is not a place I would want to eat. While it's new inside, it didn't seem cleaning up was a priority, but to be fair, they were pretty busy.“
“Chicken was original recipe it had good favor and was hot and fresh. Service was slow drive thur guy was outside on lot when we arrived he did tell us who he was and promised to be right with us he did presentation was not good biscuits slightly split and one had top off also no honey in bag after we asked please add to meal plenty napkinsand hot food is what I appreciated.“
