The freshest salad anywhere in the St. Louis area, imho! They grow their own greens in their urban greenhouse next to the restaurant. I went on their farm tour afterwards to see how they grow it. I even met the owner Josh. Staff was friendly. and atmosphere was nice. Highly recommended to everyone who loves salad.

Wonderful experience here. First walking in its just a neat looking dining area. Right away we were greeted and asked if we'd been there before. After saying no they told us they grow all their own greens Onsite so it's fresh as possible. It's grown hydroponcally indoors with lights. Very cool.
I got the chilled curry salad and it was excellent. The pickled green tomatoes stepped it up a lot. Also loved that it had sweet potatoes and chewy rice for a variety...

Today I went in for my birthday salad. I got the Thai BBQ chicken salad and it was wonderful. Fresh as always, made by the kindest people. They even gave me a scrumptious peanut butter cookie to celebrate.
Neon Greens is my go to for salads!
