I have visited this restaurant 3 times and each time the customer service is terrible they really need to fire everyone and start over the 3 times I came I only wanted one thing the chocolate chip cookies because the customer service is so terrible you are scared to ask them do anything. The first time we came we where the only people in line there where 3 workers working we stood there for 5 minutes made eye contact with all 3 no one greeted us or took are order we ended up walking off. The second visit same issue 3 workers talking to each other but never stop to greet us or take our order I had to say excuse me to get the cashier attention she finished her conversation with the other employee before even speaking to me . My third time was last night I went to the restaurant and the line was long so I went to the casino for a while and came back right before closing 3 workers working again no one greeted us the tall man was angry complaining about his hours to the other 2 workers made eye contact with us and keep on with his conversation like we were not there. My husband got upset again he said do you really want these chocolate chips cookies ? Upon hearing these the cashier took my order I order 3 chocolate chip cookies which where the last 3 why did I do that for the cashier started talking about how she was going to put those to the side for her but she will go head and sale them to me. Then the lady in the back came up front talking about how the guy who brings in the cookies be eating them but calls the cashier fat for eating them they where also cursing like we where not customers then the man came to the front complaining that all the chocolate chip cookies where gone. I don't know who the manager is but I would like them to contact me because this is terrible just for cookies these was my experience they need to maybe treat there employees better because they are not happy and it shows in the job they do . For example Chick-fil-A pays there employees well and they are happy to service there guests.

Be happy you have a job be happy with the no tip because maybe I was white idk but wow horrible attitudes there. Food was ok order was wrong but honestly didn't wanna deal with the cashier again. Not trying to put a bad review but uhhhh be happy someone is coming into you're restaurant.
Ordered 2 sandwiches and nachos 4 people after us got their food and was a lot more detailed in what was needed to be cooked. Asked about my order and we seen him juts drop a chicken breast on the grill. Waste of time and money 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I feel like they purposefully delayed our order.

According to the posted hours on your website, closing time is listed at 10:00 PM. However, a photo timestamped at 9:52 PM shows that ropes had already been placed up, indicating the establishment was effectively closed prior to the stated time. This is unacceptable, as customers should be able to rely on the published hours of operation.
I only needed to purchase water, but I was not allowed to do so. Additionally, an older staff member was overheard telling another customer, “people don’t like me because I tell them how it is,” which came across as unprofessional & dismissive. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect appropriate customer service standards.
The following day, I spoke with a manager regarding the situation. He initially appeared nonchalant; however, after I expressed that I would be escalating my concerns, he offered us small bottled waters that were provided by the casino.
Attached you’ll find a few of the rude employees including the male manager.
Horrible service!!!

I’ve eaten here several times, and I will say the food is usually pretty decent. It takes forever sometimes but it’s okay. Recently I decided to stay in the hotel on a Monday thru Wednesday type staycation this week and last. I was given a 100$ food credit for my member status, and decided to feed the homeless people that were downtown with it one afternoon. My husband was there to help me carry the few bags I would have. As we were waiting on our order, my husband overheard a tall thin cook come from the back and say to the young cashier “did they order all that?” She said yes and he says”they greedy” the young lady responded with “and is” as if either of them knew my situation. To make it worse, I went in the casino to get change so I could tip ALL OF THEM and this is what I get as a thank you. Needless to say I’ll never tip them again. I guess they didn’t think we heard them. It wasn’t the first time I heard them talk about customers. On my most recent stay, I ordered a cup of soup and had to go all the wayback to from my room to get it because they left it out. I then took it to the room and realized that it had corn in it and I’m allergic. So I took it back the next day and asked what the soup of the day was. I asked if I could swap it out (since it was $7) and was rudely told by the cook (pic below) that they could but they weren’t gonna change stuff out every time I come just because I didn’t like it, as if she had EVER seen me bring anything back or try to exchange it. She could have just said we will do it this time only, and that would have been understood, but instead she had to talk to me as if i was a child. )Granted I didn’t tell her about my allergy) I was told the other soup was chicken noodle out of a can. I just then asked if the soup could be reheated for my husband )since the hotel had no microwave) They did heat it up for me. But every time I come here, it’s something different as far as how POOR the customer service is. I even told the young lady that the cook was gonna run all the customers away, she agreed. If you’re a risk taker, take one, the chicken sandwich is worth it when it’s fresh.

The lady with the glasses and gold tooth is extremely likeable, pleasant and helpful, she’s my favorite part about coming here. She effortlessly runs the show and doesn’t show any sign of discomfort or irritation at any time. I love her

When you visit St. Louis, most likely you will visit the Gateway Arch and some of the Mississippi riverfront attractions. Another good bet is that you will visit the spacious Horseshoe Casino, a Caesar's property. And just a short walk from the Arch, it just so happens that in addition to gaming, the Horseshoe houses a fine assortment of dining options, all overseen by the property's top dining expert in charge, Chef Melvin.
One of my favorite venues for a delicious lunch at the St. Louis Horseshoe is the Riverside Cafe. A local favorite selection is their extra-generous sized breaded catfish sandwich. It is a culinary beauty! Expect a very ample piece of breaded catfish and all the trimmings: lettuce, tomatoes, dill pickles red onions, Melvin's special sauce and all served on a delicious, giant bun. There are also many menu sides available that pair well with the catfish. For my taste, the slaw is a perfect choice!

Food was ok. Lady Lisa is very slow on purpose. Order 2 different days and literally tried to give her a chance. Watching her was very annoying. Probably won't stay a weekend anymore due to restaurant choices and then no one wants to work!

First the kitchen so the food was really good. My husband enjoyed his Philly cheesesteak and my chicken cheesesteak was okay. The kitchen can only work as fast as somebody is taking orders at the register. This lady rather talks to her friend then working and taking orders. I am not joking we waited at least 7 minutes to have our order taken. We were standing right in front of her. Even the kitchen personnel seemed to be more than annoyed.
