“There was a line, yet I was in and out in less than 3-4 minutes and I ordered a 12 piece family meal. They were nice and professional! I’ll drive this far next time for Popeyes because the one near my house sucks! The food was good as well!“

“I would have awarded 5 stars, however, the drummettes for the bone-in wings, which are my preference, were somewhat small and lacked the sweet and spicy sauce, even after shaking the container, my wings still were not thoroughly coated disappointed. I will say my wings were hot and fresh.“
“It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it..They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined.My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.“
“Have to change my review. My husband and I go there for the chicken and the sweet tea. The last few times my husband has gone there the wait has been awful. Tonight my husband was going to purchase for me the sweet tea because we like it so much. He was waiting in line to give them his order for 15 to 20 minutes. The person that was in front of home had waited 10 minutes then left. He stated that it looks like they completed one order at a time. Making the wait for fast food longer. This is the normal now there. Lots of playing around not doing there jobs. Suggesting watch your video of ypur employees and the drive thru times. Finally got my husband to go there again from having bad experernces from thr Butler Hill location. Now you all lost our buisnes again.“
“I really can't give you five stars until you get better service and make sure your stores even if they're franchise on have the things they need you all need to go back to the old days and make the franchise store support your coupons and everything“
“The staff constantly changes, unfortunately which means no consistency with the restaurant. The food is good, but it seems chicken is getting smaller in size. For the price, it needs to get back to regular size for the price. Still my go-to when I need a quick dinner.“
“We went to the Bridgeton location at 10:05 doors locked and saw 1 person inside. They never came to the door so we left and went to this location. Got here at 10:15. Greated with warm welcomes. And while eating we couod here the manager always being respectful to her employees. Please and thank you everytime. Tiara and Deanna were absolutely great examples of employees who care. Thank you for the great experience. And yes the food was great!“
“I know this place doesn't have the best review. I am aware of the problems and the location and other things that are reviewed, but let me say this.
I ordered doordash last night and albeit it was late as heck and I am sure I got on everyone's last nerve for being one of the last orders before close, my food was FRESH AND CRISP AND AMAZING!
The chicken was absolutely crispy and clean and you could tell that it wasn't cooked in old oil n grease. It had flavor and crunch which is amazing (bonus it was just as delicious the next day!)
The mac n cheese SO CREAMY AND MELTY. It was made to order and just evenly beautiful. Mashed potatoes were so yummy, perhaps the sides were the scraping from the end of the night and if they were, I sure couldn't tell.
Even the hockey pucks (biscuits) were warm and buttery fresh like cushions with a soft lush feeling once it saturated the taste buds.

“came here after work at like 10 pm, long day of classes and work, stomach cramps, and fried chicken cravings. I am being serious when i say i have not had a better fast food fried chicken sandwich in my life, i worked at chick fil a for several months. i dont even write reviews much but i need whoever made my sandwich to know that they found perfection. it was perfectly crispy in like a flaky way, it was very juicy (i got it with the blackened ranch) i dont even know what else to say besides this sandwich almost had me in tears. thank you.
