I went in for a 12pc and was reading the order off of paper with all kinds of preferences. The staff was able to listen and be patient enough to let me get the request out and told me what could and couldn't be done. While they were preparing my order I needed to add a item and they got it all to me at the same time with no change in attitude. Don't like their drive through but going inside is a different story. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was fresh.Kid-friendliness: You di have to worry about kids knocking things over or making noise. Kids can eat most things on the menu.

It was a big brown grown up roach going in and out of the back of the cash register that faces the customer and when my husband told the manager and staff they did nothing about it..They said it's none of their business and the manager said "oh it is " and that was that. She asked the cashier to give her a napkin to get it and she declined.My husband said we'll be going to the Ferguson location from now on.
