I'm going to start with my complaint because after all this is my biggest issue. The drive-thru line be long as all get-out and they just don't seem to move it fast enough. This particular trip I ordered a couple of fish sandwiches a drink and a strawberry cheesecake stacker but I had them all turrets make it with that new strawberry ice cream that they have which I think is amazing. And it seemed to take them forever to get it to me. Now it was hot my sandwiches were...
I've been to this location twice within the last month. The first time, a few weeks ago, the food was terrible! Both the burgers and the fries were cold! I usually give a business a second chance to redeem themselves and so I decided to stop by again today. The fries were nice and hot and crispy. The burgers were lukewarm! The cheese wasn't even close to melted! I really love Rally's so I won't stop going there, but I won't be visiting this location again!!
I must admit I wasn't expecting much from this Rally's but the customer service was excellent and the food was delicious and hot. Maybe it was the hour that we went but it was wonderful and I'll definitely be back.
