They get online orders but they don't update their menu availability online!

Worst ever. Always made the wrong drink, gave the wrong food, and provided the worst customer service.

Coffee was fine but I was made fun of by one of the workers for my height. Simply unacceptable. Do better.

I love this Starbucks on campus but I got the worst experience here at 11:40 am on 6/30/2022!

These baristas aren’t allowed to receive tips and, as a result, the quality is compromised. In addition, as it is a privatized location owned by WASHU, it’s WASHU’s fault (also THEY would of had to instruct the baristas to give you half-full drinks when you ask for “no ice” because that’s outside of Starbucks standard). The working class deserves better, but they can’t get that through their pretentious heads.

I order no ice matcha, she offer me the one with ice and left. Then I ask her for removing ice. All process with indifferent expression. None of them use polite words and care the customer's real needs.

I love this Starbucks. It's a great location, and the staff always takes good care of me!

This Starbucks is terrible. The staff are not friendly, clearly hate their jobs, and good luck if you order drink customizations (it's a 50/50 chance of getting them.) They don't even bother to take the pastries out of their plastic wrap- they just throw the whole thing in a paper bag (I mean at that point why bother with the paper one- just hand me the pastry.) Many times there have been four or five behind the counter, but they won't acknowledge the person in line- even if they're not busy. You always have to wait for your drink- efficiency is clearly not a priority here.

The service is super friendly, fast, and amazing! Highly recommend!

While it is a very convenient location, the customer service is not as consistent as most Starbucks. They are also usually out of products like cold brew and sweet cream.

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks they are out of coffee. How does a Starbucks run out of coffee??? Today their must have been 4-5 workers behind the counter just gabbing away with each other; did they miss the idea that they are supposed to make coffee for customers? I'm going to quit going here, they've wasted too much of my time.

My papa and mother traveled miles to visit me for the first time which I was very big deal. I showed them around this morning around 8:15 and went to Starbucks for tea and coffee my order was wrong so I asked for my drink to be remade one girl rolled her eyes said don't you see I have a lot of drinks and this is not my role and stared to mumble. I couldn't get any name but I could describe the worker with . I went back to the cashed register and the worker apologized for the worker behavior and was very nice to me . My drink was very easy it was a cup of green tea with no water no ice and 3 pumps of sugar. This Worker always give me a hard hard time I've been going to starbuy for months for months and everytime I see her she give me attitude.I will not let it keep happening I deserve better. I deserve to be treated kind and with respect this Starbucks is horrible don't really have time to talk to the manager because I have a very busy schedule I will put a end to it.

Not a standard Starbuck. Went there because it was the only starbucks at school. Standard and attitude varies a lot depending on whether there is a supervisor present. And when they tell you something is not available, the tone is so bad that I have never perceived in any other place. Lastly, the business hour is very unstable. Many times you go and they were just closed

Terrible customer service. Employees are unhappy, and when you ask for a remake nicely, they give you attitude. I understand everyone has bad days, but it seems like they have bad days everyday. Don't work in customer service if you can't deal with people.

What's up with all the private convos and your rolling eyes? Customer service means NOTHING here.
