This was honestly the best burger I've had from Steak n Shake! Since they reopened, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I had given up on this location but this experience has changed my mind. I will be back!
Did the drive-thru, and the fiod and shakes were amazing! Unfortunately the wait was insanely long...almost 45 minutes for only 5 cars deep. I believe they are woefully undermanned, but they kept the food to just as I've remembered it prior to all the closings.
When I've dined inside in the past, it was always a great experience actually. I don't think they're handling the pandemic as well as some others right now though. If you order ahead online, you still have to wait in the drive thru.
