This is really an observation. Every time I'm in the drive thru it takes anywhere from 5-10 min. for someone to acknowledge me in the drive-thru line. Today, 7/2/25, I had to get out of the drive-thru & leave. I understand that sometimes there are a lot of people trying to place orders. At least someone should be respectful enough to let the waiting vehicles know if staff is running into problems where orders will take longer to prepare.
