Highly disappointed in the food quality. I've had Taze before and I really like the food (that is why I am giving two stars instead of one) but today I ordered a salad and all the leaves were rotten. Double check your food from this place! I was unable to since I had it delivered to me.

I had my heart set on falafel and hummus tonight. So I visited Taze at 9:25 PM and they were closed. What a bummer. I really enjoy the Taze downtown and they are consistent. However I live in the central west end and this one is really inconsistent from the product the staff and now hours of operation. Highly disappointed. Get it together guys!

Food is great, normally really fast and you can easily eat vegan or vegetarian here.

They close at 9. I called at 8 and 8:10 and got no answer. So I went in person, arrived at 8:30, and was told they were closed. I asked what time they close, they said 9. The 3 people working were sitting on the bar stools, one other was smoking outside. They told me they start cleaning at 8 to close at 9, so no one is allowed in and they don't take orders after 8. That's not how restaurants work... if you close at 9, close at 9!

Horrible service bad food ,the worst $30 ever spent ,the owner needs to go behind the scenes,like really ,so unprofessional,just saying,nobody in the place knew what was going on ,I asked if I could have the rice instead the owner looked at me said no ,as if I couldn't afford it ,then he told me it was extra ,I'm like duh ,so much unprofessionalism,screaming at the workers /his family ,I was so angry ,I just wanted to throw the fake tandori chicken in the trash and basically waste my money ,that was the best $30 ever wasted in the stl,hopefully they learn from this post ,so if you are listening you need new management,ownership or a lead because you all suck
