This was a pleasant stay. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was very friendly and got me checked in with no hassle after a long day on the road. The lobby appearance is clean and neat. There is a divider & the card reader is on a table closer to the patron for Covid safety measures. They mandated that you wear your mask in common areas. I was extremely happy with my stay at this property. It is older, but was likely refreshed several years ago. Most importantly, it was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. They had good protocols in place for COVID - including a free coffee and light continental breakfast offering which I think goes above and beyond for a courtyard. Service was consistently excellent regardless of who I interacted with. Thank you!

We arrived at check-in time (3pm) only to be told that our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for at least another hour and a half. I had already booked through an app, so choosing a different hotel wasn't an option. By booking with the Marriott, I had agreed to the price with the understanding that we would have room available for the full 21 hours we paid for - not 19.5.
