The Hill Food Co Reviews
We regularly order Takozz Street Tacos with birria. SOOOOOOO good! Love this ghost kitchen concept. I've never done pick up. Always delivery.
The Hill Food Co is a very unique concept. It’s a “Ghost Kitchen” that serves over 15 restaurants. That being said, it’s less of a “Ghost Kitchen” and more like a Food Court, because every restaurant has its own chefs and employees. It’s like a big Cafeteria, think “The Foundry” but takeout only! Everything is made fresh here. The staff are super friendly and all you need to do is scan your phone and it opens up a locker with...read full review
Picking up my food was a weird, future vending machine experience, but the food is top notch.
We ordered the Gyros. They were hot and fresh and friggin delicious.
Will definitely order again now that I understand their system.

The Hill Food Co. is a restaurant that offers a variety of food options, with a focus on Cajun and Creole cuisine. It is a great place for those with dietary restrictions as there are many vegetarian options available. The restaurant has a unique pick-up system for online orders—just hold your phone up to the screen and a locker pops open, making it easy with no waiting in line. The place is kept very clean, and the portion sizes are generous, with the "Cajun Chicken Pasta" being particularly filling. The seasoning and spices used in the dishes are standout, making it some of the best Cajun style food in St. Louis. The "gyro" is a must-try, being described as the best in 34 years. While the pick-up process can be confusing at first, it’s a cool experience once you understand how it works. Parking can be a bit challenging with only 12 spots, 6 of which are uphill, but it is not impossible. Overall, the food is the star of this establishment, restoring faith in cooking in the Northeast.
