20 out of 10, highly recommend! My son came down with the flu while we were on vacation. I called guest services to ask for a thermometer. Security quickly brought it, checked his temperature and let us keep it for the duration of our stay. Even came back a few minutes later with extra batteries just in case. Exceptional staff. I was staying here while I went to a doctor’s appointment and I ended up getting good news. Karin from the front desk left me a sweet card and dessert in my room. That is so thoughtful ❤️
The Four Seasons experience went above and beyond our expectations for our hotel stay... We stayed there ringing in the New Year celebrating our wedding anniversary.
