First time visit. Went for our anniversary. The attention to detail was excellent. We've spent a lot more at similar steakhouses and haven't had nearly the wonderful experience as we had here! Being seated by the manager was a nice touch. Prior to going, the only thing we knew was that it was attached to a Holiday Inn, which made us suspect and we thought we'd be severely disappointed. This was our first visit to Twisted Tree and it did not disappoint. We were there for our anniversary dinner. The service, ambience and especially the food were fantastic! We will definitely be back.

I ordered NY strip (medium-rare) since had heard it was good but I was disappointed since there were many chewy pieces. My wife had brisket sandwich which was good. We asked for a pickle for my kid and waiter never brought it. Rest of the service, atmosphere and noise level was optimal.
