Even in the middle of winter, Silky’s Frozen Custard in Ellisville is absolutely worth the stop. Their turtle sundae is one of the best around, with rich, creamy custard topped with warm caramel, hot fudge, and perfectly toasted pecans. Olivia at the Cottleville location needs a raise! It was an abnormally warm day in November today and lines are crazy. She is the only one working, and she is hustling with a smile on her face the whole time. Go Olivia!!!!
We just happen to drive by looking for a place for ice cream. Glad we did, the frozen custard was delicious and we had a nice time sitting in the chairs out front enjoying a treat.
