“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “I ordered two kid meals, but they accidentally gave me grilled nuggets instead of the fried ones that my kids prefer. Additionally, the soda lids weren’t properly closed, resulting in a mess all over my front seat. “You know, fast food restaurants? There’s low ones and there’s high-end ones. Culver’s is definitely one of the high-end fast food restaurants. I’m not a huge fan of their hamburgers, but their chicken sandwiches are almost impossible to beat. As good as the normal chicken sandwich is, the spicy one will just blow your socks off, it’s so delicious. And if anybody makes better french fries in the St. Louis area, I don’t know who it might be. And don’t get me started on the ice cream. Culver’s has my highest personal recommendation.“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“Typically I recommend you guys, but whoever was working the meat slicer Dec 19th clearly needs a long enough break to take their prozac. Ive never had a Lion's Choice Roast Beef crumble out the bun entirely when picked up. It was more diced up than Taco Bell Meat.“

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

“I have been eating here 3 times a week since they opened. I know unhealthy. I like the burgers, fries and concretes. Though less salt on the burgers would make it better. My only complaint is often my order is wrong and I never ask for anything special. Simply a cheese burger with everything and fries. Half the time they give it to me plain with nothing on it. Not picky so i eat it anyways. I think there is a communication issue with the order box. Seems it’s hard for them to hear my order as I usually have to repeat it several times very loudly. New location, hope they work out the kinks as the food is good.“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“We have done this for 5 or 6 years now, and the last two they keep taking the decorations down and cleaning up before 9:00. It just seems like they're trying to rush you out of there. If you take reservations until 9:00 then maybe you shouldn't take the decorations down until after 9:30. We had an 8:30 reservation and by 8:45 they were pulling the tablecloths off and putting up the decorations. It made us feel like we were being rushed.“

“One of the best Taco Bells I’ve ever been to!! Infact, I walked in and an actual employee was cleaning the customer tables!!!! The manager Jared went out of his way to help us with the ordering system, as it doesn’t ask if you have coupons. Jared even split my order on the trays so we knew what had beef and what was black beans substituted. This is by far the cleanest, most uncluttered, organized, great atmospheric Taco Bell in the entire area!!! Thanks again Jared for going out of your way!!!!!
