“I try to explore local eateries and coffee shops whenever I’m on work trips, and I have to hand it to Fitti’s. The atmosphere is so homey and cozy, the coffee was amazing and I also tried one of their brownies - everything was fantastic. The day I visited was kind of rainy, so the vintage lights glowing and the soft music playing was reminiscent of when I watch those “coffee shop jazz” videos on YouTube. I’m excited to return!”

“Fetterman's is a Platte City favorite of our family. The owners are good people with strong ties to the community. Products used are fresh and high quality. Anyone that has had a bad experience needs to understand it is not the norm. Sometimes mistakes are made. BTW their breakfast options are very good and well priced. I hate to let out the secret, but the biscuits and gravy are top notch. Get them while they last. They go fast.”

“Jim and the team there care, a rare commodity in this day and age. A friend of mine accidentally left behind his son’s teddy bear, 6 waitresses and Jim studied the picture and took down our numbers. Jim was in the back, one of the waitresses (wish I knew her name) said to hold on that Jim would want to be involved. Think about that, a waitress willingly involving a manager, and the manager CARED. 10/10 would recommend, good food, better people. I wish this business nothing but the best. 🙏”

“Wonderful place to visit friends over coffee and pastries. The coffee is roasted on site and the food is made from scratch. Get your kids a hot chocolate and take them to the park to run it off. It's a place for coffee not a place to let your kids run wild. :-)”

“At 2:40 the lady at the bar comes yelling it's 3 time to go I look at my phone and asked if we could finish this pool game she literally got in my face yelling bar time is different from your time. Within minutes I was being snatched up and thrown out the bar. “Okay I'll be honest that I'd never been here before only during times where kids do the trick 'or treating downtown and this was a great visit. My buddy and I met for coffee to talk over business and we got the chance to meet and visit with the owner, Ray Ford. It was wonderful and these folks do their own in-house roasting and have plenty of room in the front for comfortable seating and then they have a nice meeting room just beyond the area where they prepare your drinks. It's going to be on my regular round for coffee for sure!”

“My husband and I had the best experience at this restaurant. The food was good as always. During our meal my husband had to use the rest room. He has some dementia and can’t walk very well. Unfortunately we were sitting at a table which was on the complete opposite side of the restaurant from the rest room. The server noticed our dilemma and said she would guide him over to the restroom. She was back immediately. I said, “Oh, he won’t be able to find his way back to this table.” The server told me not to worry about it. The restaurant manager had taken him over and would wait and bring him back. That is undoubtedly the kindest thing that has ever happened to us in a restaurant. Thank you to the wonderful people at the RoanRidge Texas Roadhouse.”
