“My family and I ate here for the first time today! We live about an hour and half away from Union and will definitely be back! It was a 10/10! The food was so good! I got Asiago chicken,Cole slaw, and fries. My husband got the Texas Holdem burger and fries. he said it was one of the best burgers he has had! The waitress was so friendly and she was on top of everything! We didn’t have to wait or even ask for refills on our drinks!“

“Mosaic and Pat (the owner and chef) were AMAZING to work with for our Fall wedding at Triple 3! Their menu options provided a great variety of choices for us. We needed an entirely vegetarian menu, which Pat had no issue accommodating. He was incredibly flexible, quick to respond to questions, and brought so many great ideas to the table. Their pricing was very fair, the onsite staff were lovely, and they accommodated all of our guests with allergies in a way that made them feel included in a seamless manner. We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with Mosaic and would highly recommend them for any catering needs you have in the Washington area!“

“I've been going at least once or twice a month for a year now, the food is great, contrary to the other reviews the teenage cashiers are lovely. My one problem is an older male worker. I've had him as a cashier multiple times and it's the slowest service ever, it's very obvious he doesn't know what he's doing and he talks for so long and brings up random topics when ordering. I love the workers here and I know this guy is trying his best but he's just not the a good fit for a cashier, 100/10 service and food otherwise! 🩵“
