“First time visiting Underground Espresso Bar. I had saw the option for a coffee flight online so I stopped in just for that. Unfortunately I visited in the morning and the coffee flight was all sweet drinks so I did not end up getting the flight. It would be nice to have the option to select your own drinks for the flight. I opted for an iced coffee instead, loved the taste. I'm usually an Exit 11 girl but will have to branch out to Undergrounds more often for this iced coffee. I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 because of the associates. The cashier who rang me out was very nice & found the answers to all my questions though the other two young ladies were not being nice to her. The cashier didn't know all the answers so she was asking the other two and they were visibly annoyed with her and answered her questions with disdain, even giving each other looks when the cashier turned back around that was clearing indicating their annoyance with her. The cashier was a very nice girl and was doing the best she could, their attitudes towards her seemed unnecessary, felt very childish.“
“One of my favorite local businesses. I get coffee and breakfast at their drive up locations very often. Both are always great! Staff is always enthusiastically friendly and smiling. I hope they continue to do so well in areas where corporate coffee options are becoming more available.“
“Great place! This is a shop with a small, tea room-type restaurant on the premises. The menu is limited, but the food is very good. They also serve delicious teas and alcoholic drinks. On Fridays during the warmer months they host musical guests on their patio, and serve a variety of drinks out of an older, renovated camper parked on their premises. It's fun! Locals love it, and we have met many visitors at these events as well. It's a place to make new friends. And Bill who works the bar is a great guy, and does a good job slinging drinks! The entire staff do a great job and strive to keep their guests happy. Highly recommended!“
“Mosaic catered our wedding reception recently and we were beyond pleased with the experience. It was very affordable and the food was fantastic. Just about every one of our guests made a point to let us know how awesome the food and service were. The staff was incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great. When picking vendors, you never truly know what the experience is going to be like, but I would HIGHLY recommend Mosaic for anyone's catering needs. If we ever need anything catered in the future, we will be going with Mosaic.“
