“Went to the Hearth Room Cafe for an event. It was a charming space. The food was ok. I’d like to go back and try it when I am not with an event because I know it is challenge going to make food in such a large quantity. Service was a little slow but again with a big group sometimes that can be a challenge. I will go back and try it again soon but over all I think it is a good spot for lunch.“

“My husband and I have come here just about every Sunday for brunch for almost two years now. Of all the FWs in West County I feel the T&C location is the best; always great customer service and consistently top notch food. We love their seasonal specials, and we each have our favorite go-to menu items. Right now their Double Crunch Breakfast Tacos have been my favorite! I’ve ordered it about six times in a row and each time they're consistently excellent!

I enjoy seeing the regular staff as well every Sunday. Familiar faces and consistently great service and food are what makes me return: shout out to Josh for always manning the host desk so courteously and efficiently, no matter how busy it gets. He even remembers our name (Kelli & Kyle Vetters, aka “The Vetters”) probably because we’re there so often, but I know that not many people will make it a point to do that these days. It's a nice touch. Even our waitress today, Paige, recognized us and said, “You guys are here all the time”, and was very friendly. And another shout out to all of the staff who work so hard to make the customer's experience at T&C FW an enjoyable one. We appreciate all of you! 🙌❤️🙌“

The iced chai latte was also good, and I adored the glassware it came with, including the glass straw. *That* is how you do eco-friendly with style and utility. (Looking at you, paper straws.) “I visit this coffee shop every day I am close to it. The staff is friendly, the coffee is fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I have had all of their special drinks, I like the zebra mocha, but I keep going back to the dulche de Leche. I asked one of the staff, "What is good on the menu?" his repose was perfect, "it's all good. We have the best coffee in St. Louis". Dear Sr, I agree!“

“Maypop is one of my favorite spots in all of St Louis, and I love that we have it right here in WG! Everything on the cafe side is amazing - never had a “miss”. Kids love the pastries and the coffee/tea drinks are all great.

“🤩🤩 This is my favorite coffee shop of all time. Everything about it is perfect. It’s adorable, the staff is amazingly friendly and treat me like an old friend. The menu is *chefs kiss*, it’s homey beyond belief and it’s the perfect place for everyone. Kids (a moment for the kids space upstairs?! “Aug 11 about 9:30 am. What a wonderful brunch spot. It’s between two sections of a shopping center and at a hair raising intersection but the breezeway was perfect on a summer day. Friendly staff, interesting menu, and a quick correction to an erroneously executed special request. We all ordered a different dish but all 5 of us were happy with the presentation and flavor. And no side-eye for lingering. Wish I didn’t live 300 miles away-I’d definitely come back!!!“

“Words absolutely can not begin to describe how amazing this shop is. My husband, myself, our 4 year old and our infant ended up with a flat tire today and had no where to go so we headed here thinking it was a cafe. Unfortunately, it only had a bench for a waiting area inside. However, the staff was immediately helpful and allowed us to stay in the waiting area, gave us cold waters to cool off and never once got upset about us being there so long waiting for the tow truck. We were there for about an hour and a half and the staff here was just so kind and understanding and reassured us through all of our apologies and asking if it was ok we stayed there. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew it was ok and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. They are hands down the nicest people and will always recommend Kaldi's Coffee and their amazing staff. Listen... Jilly's cupcakes have always been the best cupcakes that I've ever put in my mouth... period. That's not what prompted me to want to get on google and write about them. It was the over the top, best in class customer service provided by DEBRA who takes care of the corporate ordering these days.

Debra's kind attention to my needs and preferences was so refreshing. Through the whole process she was very communicative, respectful, encouraging... but not fake or corporate at all.

This was what "Customer service" is really supposed to be... the feeling that the other human on the end of the communication really cares about you, and your experience, and is willing to work hard to delight you and surpass your expectations.

I'm still glowing from the experience and I'm so grateful to have crossed paths with this beautiful woman and these delicious cupcakes.

10/10 would order again. Heck 11/10.

“We stopped in to check out the new location and we were pleasantly surprised as always with St. Louis Bread Company and/or Panera. This is a really upgraded design with lots of seating options for any size group. The food is always great, and the service was really good too.

Parking: There's a free parking lot all around the building.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking and the restaurant and parking lot are on the ground floor.“

“First Watch served a fabulous breakfast.

The ingredients were fresh and full of mouthwatering flavors. Our food had a delightful presentation and was served hot.

A decanter of coffee on the table kept the cup topped off. Also provided at the table was a carafe of very cool water.

Caloric information is listed on the menu. Choices for eggs and gluten-free are available.

The premises were very clean. Parking was convenient. There is an option for indoor or outdoor seating. The decor is simple, clean lines and minimalistic.
