The thing I liked most was the prices were very reasonable with appropriately sized meals. I had the 3 egg meat lovers omelet with bacon, sausage and ham y cheddar cheese for $12.45. Delicious.

Even though it was very busy during my visit, everything was nicely displayed, and the place clearly has a lot of appeal. There is definitely an opportunity to improve the experience with additional staffing and more available seating, especially during busy times. “Living Room has THE best coffee and breakfast in St. Louis. But that’s just what gets you in the door. What keeps you coming back are the amazing staff, inviting vibes, excellent work stations (for those of us who wfh but need to have people around), and community engagement. Seriously, they have the best cortados, seasonal drinks, and bacon. But they are also vegetarian and vegan friendly and have a great selection of teas and other drinks for weirdos who don’t drink coffee. I love knowing that visiting LR means my money is going to a family-owned small business who invest in their community and put people over profit. 10/10.“

“A small and wonderful Boba Tea cafe with smoothies, coffees, sparkling juice sodas, bingsu shaved ice desserts and more! They have games to play in the cafe. Everything can be customized on the order screen- type of milk, how much ice, variety of boba, sweetness level and more. Just tried their chocolate bingsu— amazing! And seasonal hot coffee was great.“

“It is a relaxed environment. Always fast courteous and friendly service. The only thing that I did not like the last time that I was there was the fact that I could not find a way on the get up and go paying system to change the amount that I had entered for the tip. It is possible that I missed it. I did look repeatedly and did not see a way to go back and change the amount of tip that I entered without totally backing out of the program and going back in. I just figured a dollar was not worth the stress. All I wanted to do was add $1.00 to the tip amount. Oh well.“

“As a long time customer of the Posh Nosh, I have to say the service, atmosphere , and food is impressive. The Rachel is my go to sandwich, however , any sandwich will satisfy any palate. “Moving my reviews off Yelp. This one was originally published in 2016 but I was back multiple times. Great place!

I had never heard of this place before a yelp friend suggested we go there for lunch. Now that I know about them, I will certainly be back. In fact, I've already decided which of my customers will be my next lunch invite to the place.

I had a soup & sandwich combo. I was expecting a smaller portion of each that would add up to a whole meal. What I got was more like a whole sandwich and a bowl of soup with a fresh pretzel breadstick. Probably a meal and a half.

Everything was delicious! The au jus that came with their interpretation of a French dip was beefy without being overly salty. The bread was soft with a nice bit of chewiness. The beef was not the star of the sandwich and that was a little bit of a letdown. The high point though was the cheese. French dip is generally a very tasty sandwich but everything is better with brie! I also had their roasted red pepper soup. I probably should have consumed it first but I got really excited by the sandwich and that plan went right out the window. I did finish my soup and I enjoyed the salty, chewy breadstick very much. I ate more than I had planned to eat for lunch but everything was just so good!

A few quick observations:

* They seem to develop a line to the door at lunch. Go early, go late or plan to wait.
* Don't do the soup & sandwich unless you're really hungry.
* They have small brownies for a buck or so. I'm trying to avoid eating dessert with lunch these days but they were awfully tempting.“
