Sakura Reviews
An absolutely wonderful place! I always go to Sakura's when I've had a bad day and the sushi helps me feel so much better. I am from the Northwest and this is the best sushi I have ever had. My 8 yo son loves the honey chicken; my husband has said everything he has ordered has been delicious. The family that runs Sakura is very friendly and works quickly to ensure all thier customers are taken care of.
I was pleasantly surprised. My wife has the sushi combo and I had the deluxe sashimi. The sashimi was fresh with no smells and crisp to the bite. Sushi was good, especially the eel onigiri. It was at least comparable to Wasabi in Town and Country commons. I will eat here again. We really liked the family atmosphere. I have spent years in Japan and I like to think I know Japanese food well.
We ordered dinner tonight. We had trouble deciding because there were so many menu choices and everything looked so good! Everything was ready promptly at the pick up time, service was friendly and personable. The food was fresh and the flavors incredible! Very generous portion sizes. Definitely will return.
Sakura is a family-owned restaurant with a small staff, making it perfect for smaller groups. The Red Sox roll and spicy tuna are flavorful, and the plum wine is a great deal. The staff is friendly and the sushi is top-notch. The Miso and tofu soup are amazing, and the dinner for two is filling. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Overall, Sakura is a gem for those looking for delicious sushi in the Midwest.
