“I’ve been desperately craving some soul food and this place is just a few blocks from me. The food was amazing the steamed cabbage was the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to spend all my money here ? sadly they were out of collard greens which is a soul food staple but don’t worry cuz I’ll be back for it.“

“We came to El Milagro for National Margarita Day and liked it so much that we returned with friends three days later. On our first visit, we got the steak tacos and the birria tacos. We thoroughly enjoyed both dishes as well as the margaritas. I was a big fan of the Strawberry Basil Margarita. We had good service, even with a group of 6 of us. The restaurant has a cute vibe, and I'm excited for the patio to open up because it looks like a great place for a patio happy hour. This will definitely be one of our go-to Mexican spots going forward!“

“Doesn’t seem very flashy but probably my favorite restaurant inside City Foundry. A little pricy but hard to say when they give you so much food. When I go, they seem careful to give a mix of legs, thighs, and gravy. Super tasty flavors and always delicious!“

“Upon my inaugural visit to the Caribbean Delight establishment nestled in the vibrant yet challenging environs of Saint Louis's south side, I embarked upon a culinary journey that one might say was as audacious as it was delectable. The moment my palate encountered their rendition of jerk chicken, a symphony of flavors enveloped my senses with a crescendo of smoky warmth, punctuated by a harmonious blend of spices that danced upon my tongue. The succulent meat (mind the bones), painstakingly imbued with the essence of allspice, scotch bonnet peppers, and thyme, transported me to the sun-soaked shores of the islands.Though the geographical context added a certain frisson to the experience, the culinary prowess of Caribbean Delight proved triumphant, transcending the locale and bestowing upon my discerning palate a remarkable gustatory voyage.Delicious pineapple soda as well! Bravo Caribbean Delight! ❤️?“

“We came here before a theater visit and did drinks and tapas. All our food was excellent as were the drinks. Our server, Nola, was attentive and friendly. She even made sure some of our late arrivals got their food in time for us to head out and make the show. Only ding was that the seats in the booth we sat in were lumpy, torn and taped. It could use some attention and love.“

“Ordered some takeout. Definitely call ahead, can take some time depending on your order. Ended up ordering the app sampler platter (with plantains, fried fish balls, meat pocket and wings), jerk chicken plate, and ox tail stew.We came by to check on our order and they told us they were actually out of wings. Oh well, overall the food was pretty good. I doooo love my oxtail. The jerk chicken was moist and flavorful!!! Pricing was a little more than expected, bur next time I'd skip the app platter and just order 2 entree plates. The food was pretty good, would eat again!“
