This is my go-to spot for lamb skewers in St Louis for a reasonable price. They come out cooked and served on a plate with candles underneath to keep them warm. Not the best chinese eggplant dishes I’ve had. Owners’ kids are usually at a table doing homework or playing. that’s a sign of an authentic asian restaurant lol.
I liked the flavors alot it was good the service was also good im writing this review because I feel bad about how low I tipped when me and my gf were walking back she said I tipped too low for the service we received so here is a good review for you😊
Update 2/24/26: This is honestly one of the best tasting Chinese restaurants in the city. The chairman mao braised pork melts in your mouth. The Chinese skewers are a must-try and, I've been told, very authentic to street food in China. And finally, if you like Chinese-style eggplant, this is the best I've ever had. The eggplant in garlic sauce I had today was truly special.
