“I have been eating here 3 times a week since they opened. I know unhealthy. I like the burgers, fries and concretes. Though less salt on the burgers would make it better. My only complaint is often my order is wrong and I never ask for anything special. Simply a cheese burger with everything and fries. Half the time they give it to me plain with nothing on it. Not picky so i eat it anyways. I think there is a communication issue with the order box. Seems it’s hard for them to hear my order as I usually have to repeat it several times very loudly. New location, hope they work out the kinks as the food is good.“

“I had 2 toddlers under the age of three and everybody was so accommodating! I left my credit card on the counter and they came over while we were eating to return it. I love coming into the Hardee’s. They treat us so nice. Lots of places don’t wanna help people with small children, but this Hardee’s is wonderful! Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.

Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I find that people either love or hate White Castle burgers, so it's hard to say what category you will fit in. Play it safe if you're trying them for the first time and order a few with cheese on them.“
