Every single time I come here, there is one girl working the drive-thru AND literally sprinting to bring people their orders to stalls, too. By herself?! I’m like wow is this a one-woman show? Brittany (I think), you deserve a raise or promotion or whatever Sonic does to appreciate employees! My burrito and 3 drinks were out in literally less than 2 minutes and she was also running orders to other people and handling the drive-thru! “Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.“

“We visited the Joplin area & just happened to see this store. We went thru the drive-thru. They were very quick to take our order & to prepare it. Very friendly. We got two Junior Cones of soft server yogurt. One vanilla & one twist...it was delicious. However, the servings were same price but different sizes (of yogurt). My twist serving was twice the size of my husband's vanilla. Hmmmm? Just saying.“

“So I walked in my son's apartment and there's a mountain of these boxes. I never understood. Until I walked through the door of this establishment. And the aroma takes over. The glorious smell and you're hooked. Each bite is as good as it looks. You will never be disappointed in anything that you purchase. When this place first opened you couldn't get in. The line was wrapped around the building. Now I see why everyone is doordashing to their house, even if it's just one cookie. I know because I'm be standing there watching one little cookie box being picked up and delivered while I'm in line waiting for my cookie. To say each bite melts in your mouth. This cookie doesn't even need to be dunked in milk to melt. I can't even imagine what the recipe that makes it holds together in the Box until that moment it just melts.
