“Jacob at the S Madison location has an amazing attitude, exceptional manners and took our order with the most care and attentiveness that I’ve seen from that location. I hope this finds it’s way to his supervisors, as he is an amazing CSR and deserves something for his dedication to service all while maintaining a positive attitude. The only problem I experienced was that someone yelled from the back of the store that i should leave a good review for Erica, I have no intention of doing so as I believe good reviews are earned, not gifted.“
“I’ve been going to this Sonic for a while now, and they consistently get it right. The food always tastes fresh—crispy fries, juicy burgers, and ice cream that doesn’t feel like it’s been sitting around. Staff stays on top of quality every time I’ve been in, which is honestly refreshing. Solid spot if you want something that actually tastes good and not just “fast food okay.“
