“I got the carne asada and al pastor street tacos, as well as the elote preparado, and my partner got the hot cheetos burrito w carne asada. It was all incredible! I liked the carne asada the best, it was flavorful and the perfect texture. My partner loves spicy food and he said the Diablo sauce was very good. The owner also came to talk to us and she was very kind and friendly!“
“I love dining here! The food is always fresh, and freshly prepared and the price very reasonable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen and dining area are clean and everything is very organized. I like using the kiosk too, very efficient ordering system. I will keep eating here even if we live 15 miles away!“
“Very small location but the food is definitely authentic. The ramen was good but it wasn't as flavorful as we expected. They did have a couple good dishes; we'll probably be back to try more in the future. Service was good, nothing negative. Just wish there was more room.“
“I thought this place was Nashville style hot chicken, but it's Korean, and a hidden gem! It sits in the shell of a former favorite, Bek Hee, on Page. There's not much room for dine-in though a few stools are provided at the counter shelf that runs along the large glass windows. They offer chicken and shrimp in a few different styles: bulgogi, teriyaki, red (spicy gangjung), and fire (extra spicy) flavors. If heat isn't your thing there's still something to find here. Service was fast for a dine in order. Food served in the ever present styrofoam tray and cans of soda are available for beverages. I got the fire chicken combo with rice and was very pleased. Meaty chunks of breaded chicken glistening with bright red sauce, sprinkled with crunchy batter crisps and scallions. 100% recommend, don't let the humble presentation fool you, what's going on inside is special!“
“July 2023 update - My friend and I came back a couple times and the food has improved. Will be back again, increasing to four stars.Original review: My boyfriend and I have heard so many great reviews about Nudo House so we decided to try it! The ambiance was great - very modern and inviting; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I asked what their suggestion would be and they said you can't go wrong with the classic Nudo or the Bahn Mi so we ordered both, but sadly it was very underwhelming. The flavor wasn't rich or flavorful like we expected, and the noodles tasted like instant ramen, kinda rubbery and very bland. Maybe it was just an off day for them but it was highly disappointing, especially after reading all the amazing reviews!Their Mai Lee restaurant, however, is incredible.“
“Absolutely amazing food! I've tried about 12 rolls so far, the seaweed salad, and orange chicken. My partner and I can't get enough of this place! This is one of the best places to eat around Grand and Gravois. I love being able to order online and bring it home!“
“Service was quick and great! Food was delicious. When you enter, you order with a cashier and find your own seating. We were seated for about 5 minutes and they were bringing out food out already! We ordered O'miso Spicy, Pho Shizzle, crab ragoon, and crunchy umami. Definitely would recommend it!!!“
“I’ve gone here a handful of times now, and every time I’m glad I did. It’s a quiet restaurant in an unassuming location, and a great place to visit with loved ones. Good layout, but in my experience their focus is on the food. I get salmon sushi, the cuts are fantastic. Whether you dine in or take out, the food comes pretty quickly too. Every time I’ve been there I see incredibly hardworking staff, and they’re very nice.“
“Went here for an early dinner on a Sunday and was not disappointed! We ordered the California rolls and they were delicious! I'm not an adventurous sushi eater but they had a lot of choices. Also got a beef bowl and the seafood ramen. The bowl came with miso soup and a salad. It was all great, but I definitely recommend the ramen. It's a nice place for casual dining. The server was attentive and the food came out quickly. I plan on going back many times!“
“I have been here 2x, once for dine in and once for carry out and have had great experiences both times. The menu in the cwe is different from the chesterfield menu, and everything I have tried so far has been good. The 1st time, I tried the shrimp udon. It was delicious and the shrimp were huge. The 2nd time I do the spicy chicken wings, and even though the wings were small, they were very flavorful. Fries were just okay, but everything else was delicious! Service has been quick both times and they did a great job of packaging everything up when I did take out. Staff seem friendly . It's a decent space, and they have a large tv on. Cute decor overall. Per usual parking in the cwe is not my favorite, but I will def come back and try more!“
“I have celiac disease which, in very watered down terms, is a gluten allergy. I was nervous coming in because as a celiac, trying new restaurants is really scary when you know you might get sick.if you ask, they're super accommodating! my waitress was super nice and super patient and happily found an old copy of an allergen menu for me. as you'd expect, there aren't a whole lot of options available when it comes to rolls; there's spicy tuna, the california roll, etc. HOWEVER, there's tons of options when it comes to sashimi and nigiri! the fish is fresh and melts in your mouth and, above all, the staff is friendly, diverse, and all have really cool tattoos lol. thanks for the good food! :)Dietary restrictions: They happily make accommodations for gluten allergies!“
“Jinzen is everything you'd want in a ramen+ restaurant. Intimate. Well-decorated. Attentive staff. Had the tonkotsu ramen on a recent lunch. Very tasty. If I worked in or lived near Clayton, I would be visiting this restaurant at least a few times a month, if not more.“
“I actually liked the food very much. I got the spicy chicken ramen and the gyoza. The food was actually pretty good. The waiter was nice. I only took off because the waitress that seated me did not have a pleasant approach. But overall everything else was fine.“
“My brother owns a business across the street, so I'm consistently around this restaurant. They've got the jams on the radio, all things that are good on the TV, and hands down some of the best ramen I've had in the state. Not to mention, a variety of sushi. If I could eat here every day, I would. I love this place.“
“Great sushi place! Service was awesome even when they are busy! We got four rolls: nickynicky yum-yum, the Pink panther, Fuji, and the Eskimo. All rolls were delicious but I have to give the edge to Fuji! The drinks were really good as well. Not too strong! Would definitely recommend this place!“
