Ive been here a few times and everytime the food has been incredible and the staff is always very nice, even if its busy you still get your food very quickly. And tonight our order got accidentally lost and when we made them aware of it they went above and beyond to makeup for it. Nothing but good things to say, love this place! Best ramen I’ve had.
Easily one of the best meals I’ve had since living in St. Louis for nearly 10 years and since traveling to Japan. My biggest advice is don’t skip the appetizers- especially the wings and shishito peppers! If you like spicy like me, get the red tonkotsu or red tsukemen (Please don’t expect them to accommodate your 8+ person group short notice. You can go to Fitz’s for that)
In a word: exceptional.
I have eaten many bowls of ramen in my life, ranging from the dollar store kind to the next level, skillfully crafted, stunningly delicious bowl like I had today.
I recommend the thick noodles and pork/seafood broth highly, don't forget to add ajitama!
