A little pricey for fast food but that's the world we live in now. Only complaint is the icing would've been better warmed up but still delicious and the staff were super friendly.“

We stop here about 3x a year visiting family and the store never disappoints- extremely helpful, beyond courteous and super FAST! “I ordered a strawberry shake and ice cream in a cup with cherries, but someone forgot the cherries. The shake tasted good, nice and thick. The ice cream was good. My friend's original chicken sandwich was dry. He thought it must have been sitting out pre made for a while. We ordered from Dan. We sat in my car in the parking lot and ate. It was raining. The tall black guy greeted us and got us a good place in line. The place was packed it was after school. Tons of middle school-aged kids.“

“Food is on par with what you'd expect at a fast food restaurant. The chicken is tasty. Fries are ok.

It's usually surprisingly busy in the evenings. Can be a bit on the messy side. Not a bad place to bring the kids to for an easy meal, though.“

“Just went to Raising Cane's in Chesterfield, Mo and the food was hot and fresh, but the thing that impressed me was that the workers were caring people and that is a reflection of the manager. She was out on the floor greeting people and cleaning off tables instead of being back in an office and not helping out. I felt that this location is very well managed every time I visit.“

“Nice DQ but looks to be understaffed as the drive thru got backed up on orders with just 3 cars. Manager needs to bring more people on for the grill as that screams that they are understaffed when you are forced to park in front to wait for your order for 15 minutes.“

When I bite into the chicken, I get a colorful burst of flavor that no other chick fil a can compare to. The fries are fresh and beautifully fried. The sauce is the sauce. Most importantly, BRADLEY. Best man I’ve ever met. Once, he saved my cat from a burning building. I also watched him prevent an accident in a nearby intersection. It could have been bad. But most importantly, he gifted me a DoorDash bag because I DoorDash. Truly amazing.“

I swear they should close that location. “The staff really works hard to give you an enjoyable experience, and the food has always been great whenever I've gone.

Parking: There are lots of spots in front, including two specifically for curbside pick-ups.

Kid-friendliness: The menu includes kids' meals and yummy custard treats. I've seen kids here lots of times.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about, and there are spots designated for handicap only right by the door. There is also a handicap stall in the restroom.“

“I went to Lake St Louis Arby's yesterday. Had made an online order which I thought was for Lake St Louis but I just moved here recently, I did not check first and accidentally ordered it to my hometown location.

Without me even asking they just asked what I had ordered and made it immediately. I offered to pay for it as it was clearly my own fault. The manager said not at all he was happy to help. I offered to tip as that was clearly above and beyond, again they said no need, that mistakes happen and they were happy to make it right.

“I don't do sugar, so I always get the Green Island detox. It takes a few sips to get used to, but once my pallet adapts, it's really good. I think it's just the initial "zing."
