Placed our order with the manager, Calvin and the crew went right to work. It takes us longer to get our order at a fast food place. Penn Station really left a great impression and provided us with some top notch food. Be sure to try the new cheese sauce, good with the fries but takes their cheesesteak to a whole new level. I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. Parking: That entryway, with specific arrows is clear but is just not well planned out. When there are many cars and or heavy traffic, that entryway is pretty terrible. That has nothing to do with the sandwiches, the customer service quality, or the value of the establishment - it's just a fact of where the place is located“

I left with my sandwich that requires three napkins and a shower. I spent $15 on a loaf of bread that has the nutritional value of a gym mat, and I’ll probably smell like a Sweet Onion fever dream until Friday. Was it worth it? No. Will I be back soon to do it all over again? Absolutely.“
