“I come here a few times a year when visiting my Mom, and have always loved the pizza and beer that is served here. Recently, this location changed owners, and while OBC still serves awesome pizza and beer, most or all of the America and President Trump decorations were taken down. This is a huge downer and detracts from the atmosphere, so I must take a star off. It seems very silly that these were taken down considering that he's our President and won the popular vote. I know that West Plains loves our President and I hope the new owners realize that. I hope the decorations get put back!”

“Hibby’s Sports Grille has been a favorite of mine for years, so when I was searching for a new job I had to apply there. I had absolutely zero Serving/ Restaurant experience but was eager to learn. The support I received from my coworkers was incredible and it wasn’t long until I learned that being a part of the team there really means you are part of the family. I had people tell me “You look like you really like your job” and that is very true! I was recently diagnosed with Cancer and it breaks my heart that I can’t work right now. The entire Hibbys’s family has stood behind me with so much love and support the whole time! I placed an order to-go tonight and when I came in to get it everyone on the team was wearing Teal shirts in support of my fight! So, get out there and get you something delicious from Hibby’s and support a local business that truly cares about the people who work there and the customers they serve!”

“Stopped in on a lark. Great free parking. Nice atmosphere. Staff knew their stuff including the beers. Food was good and fairly quick. Salad bar was immense and varied and by far my wife's favorite. Went back again and the results were the same. That one was on her birthday. I am uessing we are probably going back again today.”

“It’s always very clean here. Nice, friendly staff. The food is always hot and fresh. We had the fried turkey sandwich. Usually we get the Rueben sandwich. So so good. It’s a little pricey. That’s why we don’t go here very often. Good experience overall.”

“We're not new to Mcalister's, we've been eating at our local ones for 12+ years. We stopped in at this one despite the rating and happy we did. Same old good service and food. Cashier was patient, food was great per usual, was checked on twice by lobby person and she offered to refill our drinks. Resturant and bathrooms were spotless.
Our local restaurant is not great with take out orders as well so I hope this store can do better and get a better reviews, because our visit was a nice break on our roadtrip and we appreciate it!”

“Drove thru at 9:30. Service was slow, but only because there were only 2 people working during a late rush. The lady at the window was very nice. Only minor complaint would be my burger was overly salty.”

“In my opinion Captain D's of West Plains Missouri has remained consistent the food is always been great stepped up and seemed very professional and very proud of their work. And one thing comes to mind a great little seafood place It just fits!
Also I dropped some cocktail sauce and it splattered everywhere I tried to clean it up to where nobody would see because I was embarrassed and then everybody saw and they didn't make me feel bad at all and then also other customers were helping me clean... so then I got really nervous and I dropped a whole thing of tartar sauce anyhow it was a pleasant surprise when my friend Tiffany and her daughter - Chaslin had me as their company for dinner!”

Tonight the lights were on, two workers were in the dining area but all doors were locked and no note.

The food used to be really good and hot. Now the flavor isn't there, We have wondered if our food had been had been cooked and sitting and then warmed up.

When the owner was being there and overseeing everything, it was friendly, delicious, etc.

PLEASE bring our Wendy's back up to how it used to be!”
