We loved our Wendy's until about 2 years ago. it was about the time that the owners weren't being in house like they had been. We use the mobile app most of the time because we can ask for certain things to be different. 99.9%. of the time we are missing something that we ordered and paid for. If this happened one or two times then it wouldn't be a problem. I haven't been able to cook for awhile so my husband stops and brings it home. wendys west plains, mo closed their lobby at 7:50 pm. The door clearly states 10pm. we called because we could see people inside, who ever answered the phone was
said the lobby closes at 8. When we asked why it wasn't stated on the door hours she very rudely asked us where it said 10pm when we told her it said it on the door she argued with us. she told us she didn't know why it said that.
