I just went thru your drive thru. There was nobody else in line. Placed my order for just a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup. Drove up to the window and was handed a bag by a tall gentleman. When I got back to my office, the bad had a 1/2 bowl of cheddar broccoli soup and a 1/2 Bacon Turkey bravo sandwich. Is it really that hard to get the order right? It might help for whoever is working the window, to announce to the customer, what is in the bag before handing over....read full review
Been going to Bread co for years!!! - but now the quality is just not what it used to be.
For one have no idea why they stopped baking sour dough??? Plus half the bowl is empty when I order soup! And it wasn’t even piping hot like it’s supposed to be.
And at this location there was only one person working who wasn’t even friendly- just blah! 😃 as it is it was a pretty dismal atmosphere- maybe one person there and the music was on or not can’t remember. They...read full review
