“This was our first time at Judy's. The service was prompt and my patty melt was fantastic! So were the onion rings. My hubby had the chef salad which was huge and also delicious. The atmosphere is homey and relaxed. We will go back the next time we're in Windsor!!“

Well worth checking it out.Parking: Parking is in the front of the Wagon Wheel Cafe and across the street. People have even used the side street by Ricks Tires when the cafe is packed.“
